Thanks! I just have to do 7 says starting Monday just trying to ensure I cover all the bases! Are we allowed to use appitiete suppressants? Thinking of taking adepix for the 7 days just to ensure I don't cheat and I am not hungry!

Thanks for the input but I don't think I can have the meat and veggies. I bought lean shakes, sugar free jello and Popsicles. Protien powder and chicken and beef broth just to start but would like to know if I can have soups new to get crystal light and clear Gatorade.

I have my VSG surgery on the 19th as well. Happy sleeve day ladies. It's great that we will have each other threw this journey, my question to anyone is about pre-op liquid diet, what all can we have and some of the things we should avoid?

Hey Jen I live in Killeen Texas, and I'm having my surgery here in Killeen. My starting weight is 263 and my goal is 160 give are take, the ladies in my support group are very open and tell me to be more realistic but I think 163 is perfect for my frame. I have a very athletic build. I am 30 days out and so nervous, I pray I am making the right decision. I also have severe sleep apnea, acid reflux and arthritis in my bad. I just excited to be healthy again"
