  1. Ha! I can imagine seeing someone without a drink it's a huge red flag to them.
  2. Is it just me or does it seem like we have a lot of really beautiful people on this site? Half the time I see women's avatars I think they are already post op and find out they are pre op.
  3. You are with an abusive person. You don't deserve this. No human being should be treated this way. If you don't get things for him he will have to get them himself. You aren't his servant. I hope you are talking to your counselor about the abuse you are enduring. I was in an abusive marriage too. He is a heartless soulless person and I can't tell you how much better my life is without him.
  4. Hey there's no way to edit even a post on here. I'm using explorer.
  5. I think my problem is that I am so used to doing everything and being there for everyone that it is very difficult for me to not be able to help and to do things. Maybe if I could have kind of had my time off in a little house by myself I would have enjoyed it more? But when you have a child and there are things going on that you just can't do, well I felt guilty for not being able to do what I usually do. It all worked out and my daughter actually adapted really well and was very compassionate towards me. I think it's a mom thing!
  6. You look awesome and I love the tat!
  7. Ok thanks. I posted a reply on the wrong thread.
  8. I didn't miss work but I wouldn't say I enjoyed my time off. I felt tired and crappy a lot. No I really can't say I enjoyed it. I needed every single day off that I had. And I'm really glad I didn't have to be around people and their food smells while I was on puree. But no, no enjoyment really. Just healing.
  9. I'm sorry it went so badly. I had a weird appointment with the psych too. Basically they should be screening for untreatex mental illness and active drug and alcohol addiction. They shouldn't nitpick us but I guess they feel like they have to fill the hour or half hour. Your eating habits will totally change after surgery so there's no point in her arguing with you about it. You won't won't know until you get there. I know what you mean about not emotional eating. I don't think I was either. Maybe sometimes but most of the time I just wanted to eat something that tasted good.
  10. What do you mean eating is too difficult?
  11. I can't figure out how to edit it either.
  12. Can we delete threads that we started?
  13. I had sleeve. I was off for a month and I needed every day of it.
  14. I bought a size 18 yesterday and they look good. I'm down 50 pounds since month before surgery. I feel like a normal person finally. I might be able to get into a 16 but I would look ridiculous.
  15. I just tried to have a mcdonalds southwest salad and all I could eat was the grilled chicken. Didn't have room for anything else.
  16. I used to drink diet Pepsi every day. I don't miss it one bit.
  17. Theres a reason why they are single. From what I've heard POF is mostly a hookup site. But I know people who found someone on there too.
  18. Hey what if they are wonderful guys who have no other pics of themselves? I know it looks gross but woukd you reject a guy because he likes to fish? I say give them a chance. Same thing with the bikes. It's better than a bathroom selfie or a deer in headlights webcam shot!
  19. I hated eharmony. If it's not working try something else.
  20. You need omiprezole. Something serious. My surgeon has us taking it for six months. If that doesn't work call your surgeon. Also all the cold stuff might be irritating your stomach.
