6 weeks out and down 39 lbs (9 pre-op). My doctor wants me to only eat 3 meals a day now but I still can't get down more then about 2 oz at a time...so I have been having 4-5 small meals a day. I am just not getting in enough nutrients with the three meals a day at about 2 oz each meal...best of luck to all

Ever since I had surgery my sleep apnea is gone! Amazing! My aches and pains are also less.
