10 days post op (its HARD)

Your still healing s don't overwork yourself. Try the soups for another week and sees how it feels after that. It gets better every day so just hold on for a little while longer.

    Wine?

Its different for everyone..personally I had a burning feeling as it went down. I found the more my drinks were watered down , the more I enjoyed them. Take it slow and decide for yourself, one or two days of enjoying the holidays and new sleeve in not a going to set you back.

    Do/did you exercise?

I would, at the very least, try to walk an hour 3 days out of the week. If you can, try light weights on the days you don't walk. This is a lifetime condition so take it on your own pace but do try maintain some sort of routine.

    Exercising (Cardio) After Surgery...

I would give it 2 weeks, see how you feel out there and slowly increase. Its not a marathon so don't go crazy until your ready.
  11. Don't worry, it will be over before you know it
  12. I was nervous myself since I had never been under. Trust me, its like everyone's saying on here, before you even realize your getting sleepy you open your eyes and your post-op!
  13. It gets better, just make sure you get your vitamins and as much liquid as you can. I still have trouble eating and I'm almost 6 weeks out. Food just has no appeal to me whether its the texture or taste.

    4 Days Out

Yeah its normal but its gets slowly better each day. My issue is I can't get this dryness off the back of my tongue and the more i drink, the more I obviously fill up before quenching thirst.
