Thanks for that information... I will have to check with mine here and see if they have it. I want to try and lose as much weight as I can in that first year and plan on working out and doing fun work out stuff as much as possible

It depends on where you want to be. I try not to focus on the actual number too much, but if while looking in the mirror and you think that where you are is it... Hen that's where you should be.

You have me! But seriously, you are going to have people that just don't get it and people that do. I was at GNC looking for Protein shakes, Vitamins, and other things since I will no longer be getting the nutrients that I need through food. And I finally told the guy who was helping me because I kept dancing around why I needed certain types... And to my surprise he was really supportive and helpful and patient with all my questions... Oh did I mention that he had a very sexy body hehe With that being said, we will experience both sides of the rainbow... The good and bad. People that tell you that you can do it on your own who have never been overweight and people who are overweight... Which confuses me??? Oo

If you are in Houston, we'll have to get together some time... It would be good to have someone to chat and hangout with who's going through this as well.

That's true... I guess for me, I would still look big as I remember being around 180 and was still quite large, plus that's too close to 200 and I don't ever want to see a 2 in front of my weight again. I am not stuck on the #s but when I look in the mirror and at my body... And not look fat, that's when I will stop losing.

The surgery is done on the actual stomach and not the abdomen or abdominal muscles. But your abdominal muscles could be due to the weight gain which would need to get fixed/ tightened by having abdominoplasty aka tummy tuck.
