      I haven't had any stalls, just a consistent 2 lbs a week loss. I've increased my activity this past week, but my carbs and calories Thursday and Friday were way too high with calories over 1000 and carbs right at 100. Gonna go all liquid this weekend, I think, to reset my mental state.
