  1. yes syntrax nectar sweets is the one of the ones that taste great to me, but i still get sick at stomach
  2. I have found I like the taste of syntrax nectar and unjury the best. That is the two I have been trying to use. After surgery I couldnt use pure protein anymore. I bought something from gnc that was nasty tasting.
  3. No matter what type of protein shake I try I still get sick at my stomach. I am 11 weeks post op. I have tried them with water, almond milk, soy milk and skim milk. Any advice ? I eat meat most days only meat or egg. But I am still scared I am not getting enough protein. I can only eat one small egg or about 2 oz of meat.
  4. I went in on Monday morning came home on Tuesday evening and I was out and walking the next day slowly but walking. I was only on liquids for couple days, then I progressed quickly. Surgeon said I was doing great.
  5. I have a child that stopped talking to me after i had mine. Her dad and other family members say it is cause she is jealous
  6. I took protonix, it is safe. My body got adjusted to it so I was just changed to prevacid. I eat almost whatever I want just a very small amount. I dont eat sweets, carbonation, very seldom any type bread, occasionally one bite of rice and no regular Pasta. I do eat dreamfield pasta and that is still only a bite or two.

  8. Yes it is normal, gas x strips and pearl probotics help.
  9. It works great. I have thin hair to start with, before surgery my hair started breaking. I started using this shampoo and conditioner. I have not had any breakage. I am 10 1/2 weeks post op I hope it continues to work.

  14. When did this phase start, and how long did it last. May I ask. I havent started losing any yet. I am scared it is going to happen, and I already have thin hair.
  15. I was told to try to find one low in sugar and at least 20 grams protein. I think it is all in the taste also. It is finding one you really like the taste of. That is my opinion
  16. I feel like my protonix med is not working, seem to me I am more hungry even though I can only eat a few bites every 3 or 4 hours. I am 10 weeks post op. I have also hit a stall this is the second one. Protonix is acid reflux medicine just in case you don't know.

  20. could eat it after I came home from hospital as long as it was thin
  21. gas strips by gas x. also probiotics you can get these in chewable and in the pearls which is very tiny
