I am 4wks post op,started back to work on nov 12 now out of work nov14 still having complications,and muscle spasms thats kicking mein the !=@ lol....i havent had a soda in 6mths and today I just popped a 7.5oz can of pepsi,taste awful lol I took 3 sips now i feel gassy,i learned my lesson in less than 5seconds,... I will continue to follow directions..am i the only,one feenin for carbs,and soda???or am,i goin through something lol

Thanks for your comment,this is a very serious surgery I was out for 4wks but im having complications still.wish I had more time off

Wow im sleeved on 10/8, before surgery with my yr long process i weighed.430 as the yr progressed getting closer to my surgry date i was 376 after surgery im 355.my dr claims I shoulda lost moreweight im at.a.stall.now nothing gained,nothing lost ,im hoping this is normal

Hello i got sleeved on oct 8, and my research says 4/6 weeks you may return.to work.my std was approved and closed.11/06 snd return.that day .i think its to early to return to work although im still cramping,and having.naseau out.this world. What.can i.do??

Thank goodness im not the only one ,my aunt was trying to be funny on my bday wed.and brought pizza I.wanted some so.bad I.actually.bit.a pce ,chewed for awhile and spit.it out...lol

Well i went to the dr yesterday and told him the complications i was having as far as working out and my food intake.i lost 5lbs this week and he was actually upset saying it shouldve been more,to me he is a good surgeon but very arrogant at times.i told.him about.the nausea,fatique,weakness and cramping.and.of course some swelling and pain in my left side.i will be 4 wks post op on the 8th of nov,and of course he wanted me to return to work today,but.bc.my.bp.was up i.got.3 days to rest so.i.return.to work on 11/12 which im still not.understanding why after.i.just had.major abdominal.surgery and i know thats 6wks out.but.as far as my complications i was told to.deal.with.it....

Just wanted to know,how can.i tell if I stretched my.sleeve? Im 3wks post op.and on mushy foods and mostly eating startches(beans,mash pot.,applesauce,etc)..my protein is mainly tuna,or my shakes, ive been.still nausea,and vomitting the tuna up so does that mean tuna is not agreeing with me,or I stretched my.pouch,...i eat very slowly and not drinking at all with meals.. Im freaking out

Its amazing how nobody knows each.other on this forum, and giving one another words of advice,no criticism,harsh words,wow can you say we all went throughthe same lifestyle change,and having our moments exactly.the same and its music to mine ears to.not see no.one judge us.....we r one...congrats to u all,,

Hello my fellow sleevers,i was sleeved 10/8/12 and i just finishesld my full liquid phase into my soft and mushy,i.just wanted to know how long will it take me to.actually.feel the.full effect,i.mean after all these liquids.im consuming i should.be.full some how when.i was told.my.new stomach only holds about 3/4oz of food,is this something.i.need to explain to.my dr? Is this normal since it.just happen?? Or.has.something gone wrong ?plz help im getting real worried.thanks
