is there a reason you don't want the Mirena? I know its not for everyone but I have for female issues and not birth control. I too had irish twins, Mirena is nice however for me. It is placed and then forgot about for 5 years. I have had zero issues with mine. I am not going to lie.....poop hurts going in!. I wish you the best and I hope you find something that works for you.

I found some uniforms laying around at work today!! Bad news is there was only 1 pair(1size from what I wear now) of pants and 5 shirts of different sizes. Problem is my work pants and shirts are $100.00 EACH . I guess I will make these 2 pairs last as long as I can or hopefully more will show up

I think like someone else said I do not think how big your company is. FMLA is a federal thing. You have the right to take it. I would research and know the facts when you go to human resourses. I know at my company we have to give them a 30day notice prior to FMLA. I have told "my shift" and all of them are supportive. However, I have not told the grand pupa and I don't think I will. I don't think he will care and I only say that by past issues with others etc. good luck to you!!!

Seems like the couple times I have quit I have gotten a bad chest cold. (weird huh) other than that I have not had any side effects. I just feel so much better and can breathe better. I do think that smoke smells that much worse? I don't know if that is a side effect of not

They have no sugar and very low on calories. Also Isopure RTD are good too. They are VERY pricey and sold at GNC

I personally like Syntrax Nectar. You can find them at The Vitamin Shop. They are pricey but the mix very well and are pretty good for protein. They have 50 grams of protein per serving.

My insurance required 12 mo supervised diet and I was required to loose weight on it...of course I did not but didn't gain either. And then had to do crazy Dr for like 4 visits and 5 with Nut and 2 w surgeon. I am down to my last nut and last surgeon. Just waiting to get my nicotine lab done near thanksgiving and then making my appts. I do both in same day as it is far for me. so they really have been working well with that for me And yes the smell is worse. You are hyper aware of the smell. That is good though , then you rememeber what you smelled like!

Nope, its the only center my insurance will allow. It takes me a hour each way. I will see what happens when I go back in Dec. I think I have set things straight after my last appt And congrats!!! I am looking forward to being under 300.

There was a prev thread on smoking. They said they rate them from like 1-5 ...or similar...but a 5 would show up as heavy smoker and 1 as non smoker etc. So if you have quit the numbers will tell. that is good he stopped doing it around you. It actually turns me off smelling it! So that helps me anyway. I hate that ashtray smell. I only have 2 more appts and I am ready to go! Hoping by Jan/Feb at the latest

Congrats for stopping! I am at 4 weeks today, and I stopped cold turkey. I was a half a pack smoker and like to think or mine as mechanical as well. I NEVER smoked around my family! So I guess you can say I was a closet smoker ha. But I told myself(after my surgery got postponed due to them catching me with nicotine in my blood)that loosing weight and getting healthy is so much more important. So I have quit. I haven't had the moodiness or anything. Craving are fleeting and go away quickly. When I get them I occupy my mind and before I know it..its gone. I have not picked up eating more either. I guess I can say get gum...straw? When its that time of the craving. It will get easier

This is a center of excellence! And only place I can go. I like the surgeon but they think I will have better results. The last appt I told him straight out " you can stop asking me as my answer will not change" . He hasn't asked again

I originally wanted to do the lap band. My surgeon,PA, psych, nut all were against it. They were pushing so hard with the bypass. I am determined(still) that I will not let them sway me. I understand everything they say...so I really did a lot of research and I am doing the sleeve. But my Dr. said he DID NOT want to do the band. I say do what ai tell ya! Good luck to you

Dasani came out with liquid flavor enhancers. Those are even better tasting than Mio(IMO). You ever even tried mio? The liquid ones are better than crystal light.(I like them too)

Could be. Have you had any blood work done recently? I would tell the Dr and sometimes they can tell if your deficent in certain vitamins. Sunshine helps you to feel better
