  1. Tired of stalling all week. Going to try to up my calories and shock myself out of it.

  2. Of all the things I never anticipated when getting sleeved, a craving for Brussels sprouts would be at the top of the list. They're so good that I'm eating too many >.>

  3. Gotta love the sensation of taking new jeans right out of the dryer and having them fit without the snug jean tug!

  5. I never thought after having such good luck my first few weeks I'd be back to square one and liquid diet because of a stupid esophagus that won't stay still.

  7. Nice experience of the day: I put on one of my t-shirts that always had to have some stretching done to it before surgery... and no stretch was needed :)

  9. So, I never thought this would happen. I *gasp* bought some ice cream, which I could demolish pre-op. I took two bites and said "Wow, this really isn't very good." and tossed the rest. I then went and ate some turkey pepperoni instead. Who am I and what have I done with myself?!

  11. Ugh, this is what I get for trying to eat real food.

  14. Two months since the start of pre-op diet, a month and a half since surgery and down 60 pounds as of today :D

  16. Weight loss stall continues, news at 11!

  17. Six days after surgery and my body can't stand the same food two days in a row. Yesterday it was chicken broth and protein shakes, today it's sugar free cocoa with protein powder and beef broth.

  18. *crosses fingers* I think my stall is done! I'm down a pound both yesterday and today!

  19. WOO! Plateau done, losing again :)

  20. Down another dress size since surgery! Helloooo size 26!

  21. As of Monday will have someone to exercise with!

  22. So I wake up, weigh, down no weight. Get annoyed, sit around for an hour, go back, weigh again, down 1.3 pounds. Re-weigh myself 3 more times to make sure scale doesn't lie. Celebrate!

  23. Seriously, body, don't tease. Either stall or lose.

  24. Whew, note to self. 2oz of grilled chicken is way more than enough.

  25. I have discovered my nigiri limits... two pieces. Wow, what a difference from the 3 rolls I could eat before :P
