    Oh yes..that's the only way I can get all protein in..almost everyone's nutritionist or doctor say eat 6 x a day ..3 meals...3 snacks..I'm still only about 600 calories...how much protien you getting?

    I eat egg beaters..with salt and pepper and onion powder..only a little..you can't taste the difference And only 25 calories..per equivalent to an egg..i love them..no fat either..o
  7. I couldn't even put the tray down all the way without hassle..I always held my drinks..and seat belt extenders I had to have..I always asked nicely..but hating asking..always made a joke of it..can't wait to flu..without all these bothers

I think 197 isn't that bad..is your problem keeping a lower weight..because I would say it wouldn't be worth the risk..I'm not one of those to say you have to be super big and blah blah blah..but honestly..it is a risk..just be sure it is the only way you see your self in the futeure being healthy

I feel like I'm over doing it..I'm three weeks out and eating 800 calories..I don't know what to do..protien restricts..I'm suppose tonear 6 times daily..if each time meals are 150 and snacks are 100..that's 750..I had 850 today..I'm only 3 weeks out..I'm freaked..I'm eating tuna..fish..califlower string cheese..egg..I get restriction..today I ate 4 oz of tuna for lunch ..Atkins Bar for breakfast.(snack).string cheese. Eas protien shake..(snack) 2 bites of veggies..2 bites tilapia.(dinner) 1/2 avacado and 2 oz. Egg beaters for dinner....ummmm am I going to lose this way?..In need of some advice or inspiration..thanks y'all!

I asked this question on these boards at least ten times..you can look at my posts..I was so worried..I just started a new job and didn't have too much sick time ..I had surgery on a Wednesday the 7th..and was back on Tuesday..I did short days..but I have a desk job..some walking.. everyone is different but you should be fine..I am happy I chose sleeve..I've seen soooo many issues with band..u can read my posts..I was out of hospital next day..and doing great..no issues..

Oh ...lmao..sorry..tuna. on Monday I baked 5 peices of fish and eat that with lunch or couple bites for snack..and seperated them on ziplocs..that's easy and healthy..I've been eating avacado..but its high in calories..steamed ...califlower..and brocolli pre Bagged in mini ziplocs..so I can grab and go..
  23. I mix a can with sour cream..Andlemon pepper..pickle juice..pepper and garlic..so yummy!..and only 150 calories for whole can ..also..I cook a lot of fish all at once..baked..I am trying for 700 calories..low low low carbs..no sugar..that's what a lot of people told me..
