I'm noticing people are thinking they have doctorates in medicine since getting sleeved ..lol. I drank twice. It was my version of a sugar free daqari ..with little vodka..no problem..drank it slow. But I'm no doctor..that's just what I did..and it was under 100 calories and I don't think I am a failure because.of it. I like to enjoy my journey ..this doesn't mean I'm going to turn into a alcoholic Lmao

I don't think having an affair is good advice ..you have a good point about a sexual life. ..I think appropriate way to handle it would be if you are unhappy in anything in life..change it or walk away. Deception never promotes long term happiness ..just temporary relief and makes it worse in the long run.

If you got surgery at such a low weight..you might be a perfectionist..meaning..you might push yourself and never feel good enough..but don't judge others as hard as you judge yourself. ..

Yes self control is key..I got bad news and I just ate 4 powdered donuts ..I don't know what it is going. To do because I haven't ate this after sleeve...I don't know what my deal is..my aunt in coma..and I did it without thinking..ill probably get sick..I hate that I did this

Yes..before the two weeks..it was protien shakes and liquids..I did yogurts and creams soups..puddings..jello after surgery..mostly protien..pre op was two shakes one lean protien meats and one green veg. ..I had no issues at all ..

I have not had any throat pain..but did eat something my stomach didn't like last week and threw up and git really sick..but other than that I havenet really..I haven't starts excercise yet..I've done a little walking too at work..me and my daughter are starting tommorow walking after work...I'm glad your doing well. .I think he did an awesome job..the pictures were awesome weren't they..I thought that it was very cool that they send us those!

Yep..that's me!..so good to run into you again..we were in holding together..how are you..what have you been eating?..I couldn't believe it when he cleared me for regular food at 2 week check up..crazy..I'm down 24 since hospital..had a stall for two weeks this last week lost about 6..so I caught up..I'm very glad it's over and were all healed up!..good luck

Surgery 11/7 -319 Today -300. Most of my stall was in week 2 week 3 I think I lost 3 or 4 pounds and I guess ill wait until Monday to weigh in..I feel like this is so low considering my high weight
