I'm planning a trip for when I'm skinny and I'm gonna party like a rock star..and I feel like it is a "coming out" trip..to show off my new bod. I am 285..where y'all think I can hit by July?

It raises risk for clotting. I quit by using a nicotene free electric cigerete for a week then didn't need it anymore..I smoked for 15 years..u can do it!! Do it soon though so your not on pre open diet while craving nicotine..quit this month that way u do one at a time.

I feel like I eat too Mich..and slime a lot I feel like I am failing ..but loosing. I don't know..I've lost 30 in 7 weeks ..that is good right?..somedays I graze ..but water makes me feel yucky. I wanted to get a hold on my Carb craving..it is more of a crunch'' craving..idk..I guess I am adjusting..but feel like I should be doing better ..I don't want to miss this time..I heard after 6 months its harder..here's My vent ..I was never given guidelines..and its easy to make excuses

I started strong..them felt weak at work..I'm only 7 weeks out..lol. I had .. B-shake A-hot tea with Protein L-1/2-cup of black eye peas S - baked chip - 6 D- 6 bites meatloaf S- sugar free Peanut Butter cookie Water- 20 oz. I failed horribly.;(

I'm always cold now..crazy

When I drink water it makes me feel queesy...I don't know why..makes my tummy feels weird..I haven't been getting my fluids in ..because of it. The only drink I desire now is hot tea with cream. I didn't even like tea before. I can like feel water in my stomach..I don't know..I would have lost double if I would be able to drink my water!! Confused

I am two months out. Uugh..I worked on it all day yesterday.
