Can we have a Unisex Forum?!

I think the gender forums should be private because usually if you start a topic in there, it's gender specific and maybe embarrassing to have the other gender read. As for a unisex forum, every other subforum is unisex! -

I got down to my lowest adult weight for my wedding. I felt great! But soon gained it all nack and then some. It's crazy now I'm 30 pounds lighter than my wedding day! Woohoo!

I suggest not weighing yourself for a few weeks. When I started working out it took 3 weeks for the scale to move. Exercising is so worth it though because my body looks much better. Less flabby and more toned. Keep it up! Good luck! -
It took me 3 weeks to feel somewhat normal. I was OK going back to work then. Everyone is different. Give yourself time.

I'm not at goal yet but have lost more than 60% of my excess in 71/2 months. I have 2 close friends who were sleeved a year before me and both have lost 100%! -

It may seem slow but 38 pounds in 3 months is a little over 12 pounds a month! If you look at the big picture. I've lost 82 pounds in 7 1/2 months. I started at 296 too now I'm 214! I had a month of no weight loss and a couple of months with 3-5 pound loss. You're doing great just roll with it! Good luck! -

It took me 6 months to like water again. Before surgery that's all I drank. All day everyday! I peed like every 30 minutes! Haha. I hope you find something you like! Good luck!

I feel the same way!!! I'm down 80 pounds and still feel incredibly fat! I think I've always seen myself the way I look now. No matter what weight, how I look now is how I've always seen myself. Does that make sense? Plus I'm proportionate, so my body looks the same, just smaller. I'm losing weight all over equally. I really hope I see the smaller me soon! Good luck to you!!!

Baha I know. I was just being a turd! Actually, on another site, they have groups for each Mexican doctor. It was really helpful because it's hard to find info on Mexican doctors through an online search.
