He is booked up till then. I don't have to start my pre op until the 18th so I can actually get myself mentally ready. I started a "to do" list last night and there is enough to keep me busy. I could not sleep at all last night! -

I am getting sleeved on 2/25 and the doctor is removing my gall bladder at the same time. It's very common and best to do them at once.

Well....seen Irani today and my surgery is Monday the 25th!!! I only have to do one week liquid per op diet. Can't believe I now have a date. And it's the day after my birthday! What an awesome birthday gift....healthier future!!!! -

Really.... Now I'm really curious. I almost had him do the lap band December 2011...had my surgery date and everything but insurance problems. I'm glad now and see it was a blessing. I went back to Kaiser and learned so much more. -

I started the Kaiser program Oct. 2nd and last class was Dec. 18th. It's a 12 week program. It seemed like it was going to be forever but actually went by fast. I can't wait to go Thursday to see when I get my surgery. So excited!!!!! -

I'm sending prayers your way. I can't imagine what you must be going through. I have my surgery consult this Thursday and even though it scares me to death after reading about your experience I know I will make it through...just as you will. Stay strong and remember why you are doing this in the first place. -
