There are tons of things you can choose from but as said before I would stick to the curry and side of rice if you can handle it. I love red or green curry but there is also yellow.
Ok so tyat day was just a one off. I've been great the past few. And last night was able to eat a whole pudding cup usually I finish only half in like two hrs. I am so excited.
Its hard for me to get my protein in. I try to start with a shake in the morning. Then drink water in between. Broth for lunch 1-2oz. Jello in between. But it takes me 2hrs just to get half of it down.
I was sleeved the 27th, and maybe had those thoughts for a total of 10min. I wont let myself. Didn't even get bothered when my family had their usual sunday dinner and I could not join. I'm down 8 lbs. That's incentive enough, for me. Keep it up! Try not to dwell on your decision and if you do just think about it with a smile and say it's a positive change. After a while you wont have to force yourself to smile.
A friend of mine asked her doc for pix and he did. That was a little too much for me. But know I want to asked. The lab tech that did my pre op. Did comment on how small my stomach was though.
Oh sorry didn't mean to sound like it was a bad thing just never like cherry flavored before. Also discovered Do not like milk anymore! But gonna switch to almond milk to see if that works.
I am only 4days post and most food dosent bother me. I no longer love strawberry flavored things and love cherry, yuck! But I feel the same that when I smell food I can smell how it taste.
So I had my surgery! I hope all is well with everyone else who had it. And yes I did have some moments where I thought "turn and run" but what kept me going was thinking of my five yr old. I bought here a bike for her bday and the whole time kept thinking "who is gonna help her when the training wheels come off?" That was one of many. I am so glad I did it. Thank you again everyone for the support!
