You can also try Konsyl which is 100% all natural it is psyllium fiber. My son uses it 2x a day in his drink. You can add it to your food and I believe you can even use it in your baking. -

May time to try some new protein like Chike, Syntax nectar, Cytomax Sport. I have read in other post that the stink breath has to do with your body being in Ketosis.

If you like Oreo type cookies you have to try the Syntax Nectar Cookies and Cream - mixed with skim milk- could not believe it was a protein shake.

Thanks for the info, I'm going to have to try those. So far I have found that I like Chike the best. unjury, Pure Protein, Premiere Protein and Syntax nectar aren't bad either.
