Oh my gosh...u r my inspiration!! I am bobbling between 297 & 303. My surgery date is Nov 20. Can you tell me what you did as you went through your journey? How did you exercise? What Protein did you drink? I would appreciate any information :-) I want to be a success like you...you look GREAT!!

I was sleeved last Friday - 9-21-12' date=' and I went back to work yesterday. I'm feeling great! The first two days were strange, but I had never been under anesthesia and I think that's what the weirdness was. I had some nausea right after my surgery, but was given medicine for that. I've had little to NO pain, and took pain meds only three times in the hospital (I stayed two nights, and rode six hours home on Sunday). I took liquid Tylenol on Monday for a headache, and that's all the pain I've had. I am so happily surprised that this has been such a positive experience for me. How are you feeling now? I'm hoping not to be off work too long. I can take the time I need, but my work schedule is busy this time of year. Has been hard to get the Protein in as the instruct? How much have you lost so far (I know it hasn't been that long)?

I'm November 20 in Indianapolis and very excited. I could have had it earlier but asked to have then because of my work schedule. Not sure how long my pre-op diet is. I was told someone would call me 30 days prior to my surgery date to set up all pre-op tests and such. I started this back in April and can't believe it's so close :-)

I am sooo excited. I was approved by my insurance today...only took 4 days...and got my surgery date. Due to my work schedule, I asked for a surgery date near Thanksgiving. I was given my date today and it is November 20. I am interested in everyone's experiences :-)
