    Happy Wednesday!!! It's quiet here so let's get it rolling. How is everyone?? I'm in a holding pattern. Trying to find out a good calorie count for me. I want to maintain and I've always eaten low calorie around 800 or so daily. Recently, I've up them to a little over 1000 and guess what??? I gained two pounds. ???? What the hey!!! I should be able to eat at least 1200-1400 daily but my body wants to gain if I do it. Has anyone found a happy spot?

    NGM- sorry to hear you've been not feeling well. I know that must have been scary. I get dizzy alot. Happens when I've been sitting and move to stand up. Feels like things get dark and dizzy but then it passes. Not sure if that's what's been happening to you. I've heard that is common And they Arn't sure as to why it happens. I also read that we all tend to have a lower Blood Pressure than before loosing weight. I hope the problems your having get better soon. Hugs to you my friend and let me know what they way about this dizzy thing.

    Good morning beautiful people!!! Just checking in with everyone to say hi and see how your doing? I myself am doing good. I'm in a little stall but its ok. I still haven't started exercising so shame on me.

    NGM- sounds like your body is just going through an adjustment time. You are doing such a great job!!! It's hard to not get frustrated when your doing everything right. Put your scale away and just focus on your measurements. Have you taken them lately? With your increased exercise you muscle mass has got to be changing. Measure everything.

    Hugs girls!!! We are all doing good. Sure we slip up but we know what we have to do and we so it. I too am horrible are exercising. I just never get interested in it. I so need to start doing something. Well, I guess this is what we're here for..... To help each other and give support because when others don't get it..... We all do. Thanks for being there friends.

    Just wanted to shot this out. I hit 128 today!!! 2 pounds under goal!!!! So excited and now to maintain and not gain.

    List of rules... Everyone please go back and check your material given to us at surgery time. It would be nice to refresh here to help us all. Also, it would be interesting to see the differences between the list. I have this. 1. Protein first a minimum of 60 per day (more is better) then veggies. 2. Water or liquids. Must have a minimum of 8 8oz glasses per day. Caffeine does not count. 3. Do not drink 30 min before or after you eat. 4. Eat slowly and chew your food 25 times before you swallow. 5. Eat no more than 6-8 bites. Don't stretch your stomach What do you guys have??

    You can so do this... Use the tool and stop snacking. Go back to low carbing for a little bit to cut the sugar cravings.

    NGM- I understand. I've been a slacker lately also. We are all 9 months out and it's easy for us to get too comfortable with our food choices. I've got to buckle down to business.
