  1. 30# in 2 months. Not bad! Thats 12-15# a month. Ppl are different the bigger we are the faster we see #s drop. Are you loosing inches that makes a lot of difference. Be encouraged we have to focus on the light at the end of the tunnel. I get very frustrated at times BC it seems like I am so slow to get were everyone else is. But I am loosing it may take longer but I will Celebrate even the 2# victories trust me just a few weeks ago I was not saying this. I do understand any many on here go through the same thing.

  2. Thanks everyone. This really gets frustrating I think about food more now than ever. Not to eat what to eat when to eat how to eat where to eat how much to eat on and on and on. I am 3months out will be 4mnths on the 24th, have increased work out. Will try calories for a couple of days see what will happen. Biggest fear is going through all this for nothing. 57lbs down 85 to go. Do not want to fail. B blessed

  3. My goodness six dress sizes down well done this is just a dream to me at present. Imagine shopping in "normal" clothes shops and going Feisto the gym I cannot wait to do this myself.

    Well done

    Elizabeth :-))

@fiesta thank you and you will be able to and everyday Celebrate the small Victories.fitting size 16-14 from 26 feels, well I have not one word to describe how I feel. Finally living again that the best way to say it. FINALLY LIVING AND LOVING IT!

  4. Ok Oct 24th will be 3 months for me I am down 50# down 6 sizes and ready to take on the world. It has been hard and have had a 3wk stall walking daily on a good day I get 80gr of Protein on a really bad day 24. And there have been some bad days. Today I decided to take it up a notch I joined a gym worked out 30min. And felt great. If you are less than 2mnths out and frustrated and tired give it a chance it does get better. One day at a time. Be blessed and stay focused.

  5. Omg! I'm praying for you! Thanks for sharing a Pepsi & corn beef lol!!!

Letia idk why ppl show no compassion and always say things like get over it, get a grip why did you do it if you were happy and all that other stuff! I had surgery 7/24 for 4wks I felt exact same way and had 6 months of nutrition classes studied and researched daily for 2yrs. A physcological profile and still had the same exact feeling of regret pain frustration as you expressed thank God I had a more understanding group that showed support and reassurance. So I will say this as many understand your rant. This does get better I am finally feeling like me praying your recovery be quick. Keep us posted.

  6. 45 lbs down and at a 3wks stall. Threw up once a week ago and experienced dumping first and hopefully last time on yesterday it was awful. Walking a little over a mile 7days a week. Resistance 3days a week therefore do not understand stall but I'm good. Low carbs low fat high protien plenty Water and feel hungry a lot. Not head hungry BC I don't want to eat. But stomach growling hungry. Anyone else experience this. All in all still taking it one day at. A time.
