My heart hurts for the people of Boston. From someone who was 3 blocks from the 9/11 attacks & lost 3 friends that day, it just makes me so numb that it's happening again...my thoughts & prayers go out to ALL of us. The world we are living in now is not the safe place that I grew up in....

How long is this going to last??? UGH! 7 months out. 89 down. Maybe I'm done. I've got 25-30 to go. Just really started exercising 2 weeks ago so maybe body has to recalabrate itself? Doing everything right. Same 2 friggin numbers back & forth. Sorry guys - just venting....anyone else experience this at about the 7 month mark?

I'm almost 7 months out & really haven't purchased that many items of clothing..(89 pounds lost). I had to buy a pair of black pants for a funeral & went to a store. I automatically went to the plus-size side. The saleswoman immediately came over & asked me "why are you in this section when you're so skinny. Get to the other side" - I went gladly!!!! Down 5 pant sizes....

I've had panic attack disorder since I was 19. I have not not any issues. Actually I feel a lot better! That's just my experience. I'm sorry for the people that its gotten worse for...it really is a horrible, horrible affliction...

Yes to everything except my calories may be 850? & aside from walking, I just added Pilates last week. I start Zumba next week for more cardio input. Exercise-wise, I have to say I really just began.... -

Besides walking, Pilates is my only form of exercise now. I'm starting Zumba next week for more cardio input. I am getting in all of my protein & water. I might be a little low on calorie intake - maybe 850.... I tried kickboxing last night - definitely not for me! Lol I applaud all of you that so it. Again, thanks for your input... I'll be patient & hope that scale starts moving soon! -
