    Thank you so much. I am going to use the indian cottage cheese called Paneer. Not a big fan but what the heck...worth a try... Goodluck to you with the Water. I carry a marked bottle with me which i manage to finish on my commute to work. Refill it at work and finish that on the way back. Drinking all your water in short span of time is not recommended so keep that in mind when you plan your hydration goal cheers! Sent from my GT-I9100 using VST

    How much protein is too much?

    A high Protein diet is anything between 0.8-1gm per kg body weight. Each individual has different requirements depending upon daily activity. If you workout your requirement would be higher.     Post Op September Sleevers, Roll Call

    i started at 284... now 183... so thats a 100lb loss in a year...but things are toooo slow now...i workout..track my calories... still weight loss Gods are not pleased with me ... i have a friends wedding in november & i really wanted to rock the bridesmaid dress...sighhh i dont see that happening actually i dont mind losing slowly as long the weight continues to drop... The worse advice i ever got... was not actually " what " but by " whom "... my super obese aunts would always shower me with diet tips & hula hoop excercises & what not... i only wanted to ask them , why not practise what you preach... Join the club... i get dizzy spells...never really passed out...but i notice my spells are mostly related to sudden posture changes...like standing up too quickly or bending down to pick something up... will have a word with my doc ...lets see what he says... and my blood work is spotless too ...
