go talk to your boss....they have to appreciate honesty...explain the situation and about how important your job is to you and ask if they would prefer you to wait or do it now. Surgeon will always be there,not so for jobs...

I start my 2 week pre-op diet tomorrow...I'm both excited and then...NOT LOL! I go in for a upper GI test tomorrow morning and so nothing after midnight tonight. That won't be a problem as I go to bed early. Our first major cold front (a big 59 for the low at NIGHT ) is coming tomorrow...I sure will miss my comfort food. My daughter is baking me brownies tonight : )

I too am telling few people. Husband,work and children. My life is my own and I have the right to keep it that way. Most people would take that information and use it for ammo. People love to gossip about others and its never going to change. I won't be fuel for that fire. I initially told a few co-workers. I got angry responses or should i say jealous responses? Why would what i do with my life make them angry ? They are afraid that i will look better than they is my guess.

I wouldn't try to go upstairs....lay down on the couch . I would also think you should call your husband and let him know that you ned to go to the ER. Maybe he can leave now....you are more important. Praying for you Lindsay !

I havent tried scrappy quilting although think of it. If I just had more time.....I will have to go check out your store ! I think its awesome that you give your quilts to the needy. I always give mine away but to those that I feel called to.... a different kind of needy : ) My days are going by faster now....only two more days of eating stuff and then I start my pre-op diet . Upper GI on Friday morning.
