  3. I have a dietician. I think most of them are dietitians but people refer to them as nutritionists
  4. Yes I get this. It only really happens to me in the morning. I find myself skipping breakfast a lot even though I know I shouldn't. It just makes me feel too sick to eat in the morning. But the evenings are fine

  9. Another quick update Before 247lbs After (well during) 179lbs
  10. I felt exactly the same in the beginning. But now just over two months out and can tell when I am getting full. It just takes time. I never figured it out in the liquid stage though. It will be easier on solids because you can feel them better
  11. She is probably jealous. When you are overweight with a friend then then one of you decides to do something proactive and gain a tool to lose the weight, of course the other one will be jealous. Especially if your losing more quickly then her. Give her time and space, I certainly wouldn't text we saying how much weight you have lost. I'm going through something similar with my sister and now I know to just never talk about the surgery with her. I just don't bring it up ever around her. I know she is jealous but I would be too if she did this and I was still overweight.
  12. You can really see the difference in your face!! Well Done
  13. Maybe you should think about seeing a phycologist. I had eating disorders growing up (bulimic, binge eating disorder and anorexic tendencies) and in the beggining it was exactly what you are describing. Just 10lbs more then ill stop. Then it's another 10lbs and I'll stop. It goes on and on til your in hospital (ok maybe a bit dramatic haha but you get my point). Even just discussing these thought and feelings could really help you sort through them
  14. It must have been a long week for you!! I was approved on the spot so I was lucky. Congrats!
  15. You look incredible! Love the last photo of you and two friends.
  16. Wow you look amazing!!! Happy birthday

  18. That's so awesome!!!! I already have 3 dresses and a pair of jeans I want to fit into hahah. I keep buying more and more stuff that is too small!! I'm almost into the first dress which I bought 2 months ago though yay!
  19. I said this to my surgeon and he said I'll have to get used to it. I can't stand when my soup goes cold though. I sometimes eat half then re heat whatever it is and eat the rest lol
  20. I was sleeved 1/21 and I had sushi last week. I had 3 small pieces of tuna avocado inside out roll. Soooo yum!!!!! I think I had one piece too many because after my tummy felt really heavy and I had a bit of pain but apart from that it was great. Before surgery my partner and I used to go to a sushi restaurant and spend $50-60, the other night we spent $15!!
  21. My doctor said 1 month out. I had 3 glasses of wine 2 months out and was fine
  22. Ohh I have done this!! Walking will help a bit but it will go away soon. It sucks but we really have to pay attention when we eat haha
  23. I'm hungry all the time and certain smells are making me nauseous. I hope your pregnant and not me!!
