Well I didn't hit my goal I was supposed to be 179 by today... And when I weight myself I was @181 not off by much but I still didn't hit my goal -

So I'm at 183 leaving me to lose another 4 pound by Thursday I've been stalled for about a week... So I don't think in going to make it but I'm going to try I'm not do happy with myself. -
It will get easier I was sleeved on 9-17...
