  1. Stalls are a part of our reality' date=' but they do not mean that you're failing. I go through cycles...I'll lose 6-7 pounds over the span of 5 or 6 days, then sit still for 7-10 days, then starting dropping quickly again. Unfortunately, I'm currently in one of my "sitting still" periods. LOL It can be extremely frustrating, and makes it difficult to focus on the amazing progress I've made so far. In the end, all I can do is keep doing what I've been doing....keep eating healthfully, keep exercising daily, and keep my eye on the prize! After all, what can I do about it?? I mean...its not like I can put the missing 80% of my stomach back in...right?? LOL <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />[/quote']

Lol lol that is so true! Lol sometimes I wish I cud tho lol I can't wait to start eating at least soft foods again

  2. Just 12lb in 3weeks? That's still over .5lb per day. Even if you lost at 1/2 the rate you are you'd lose over 100lbs in a year. You are doing fine' date='

How are you doing on your Water & Protein intake? And what's your daily caloric intake? These are the things you need to pay attention to. Forget the scale, there are way too many variables to pay attention to the scale. The level of hydration in your body can affect your weight by over 10lbs.

    BTW, how tall are you?[/quote']

I have slacked in recording my calorie intake I just eat the things the dietician said I cud eat. I love ice and Water so that's really good. I'm 5'1 and I drink Protein about 2-3x a day

  3. The place to start is with some questions:

What are you eating? How much Protein are you getting? How much water/liquid are you getting? How many calories? What are you doing for exercise' date=' and how much/how often are you exercising?[/quote']

Lite yogurt, broth, Protein shakes and smoothies, some Jello here and there. I exercise at home in the a.m and in the p.m before bed. I have also been drinking diluted apple juice, and sugar free Popsicles
