I usI usI use them all the time. I had a bunch of (Publix) coupons for 1.50 off a 4 pack. They were also on sale at Publix for 2 for 10. I loaded up on French Vanilla' date=' Café Caramel and Dark chocolate. I've never added anything to them. They're ready to drink, so I just chill them, shake them and enjoy. Yea I found them for 2 for $9 at kroger! So I cleaned up! !!ya they are lower in Protein but the calories are much lower and that's what I like. The premier shakes were just to expensive for me at $9 pet pack of 4 at kroger. Especially that's basically all I eat all day

On August 28th. I will be a year post op. I haven't lost anything in 4 months!! I am 165 right now. I got down to 158 briefly but then gained weight and can't get the scale to move! I work out and lift 4 times a week and the other 3 days I work but am on my feet for 12 hours at work. I am getting in all my Protein. I find eating meat still difficult. Steak and chicken make me sick a lot of the time. 2 pieces of turkey lunch meat with a little hummus in it fills be up' date=' sometimes to the point of being uncomfortable. I find that since I had my gallbladder out I can't get any weight to come off! My year appointment with my doctor isn't until mid September. I am so upset I am not at goal. I feel so fat still! I know I have lost a ton of weight but its still so disappointing. My start weight was 240 and I wanted to be 135! Any advice? When I get back from vacation I am thinking about doing this shred program that I saw on Dr Oz.[/quote']Wow we have a lot of the same situations. I was sleeved 8/24/12 and I was 240 I also go to the gym 4 days a week and work 12hr days the other 3 days, I also got off track for a while and I haven't lost anything in about 2-3mths meat is still a struggle for me, I think it fills me to fast. But I am down to 138 which I am very glad about but I want to go down to 130, so now I am doing only Protein and tryin not to munch so much at work, I work midnights

I'M AN OFFICIAL COLLEGE GRADUATE AS OF 8/6/13!!I am so happy that I've finally gotten to the end of this journey. After many sleepless nights' date=' good and bad grades, endless studying, and everything that comes along with being in college, I've finally finished and reached the end. Now that i am done with school (for now) i am going to put my heart in soul into working towards my next goal which is to lose 40lbs by October 15th ( my birthday) . As of August 4th 2013, 3 months post- op, i am down 63lbs and i know i can reach goal if i work hard and eat right.

I am going to put myself on a strict Protein Shake diet until the 24th.thats my one year surgiversary. So I will be starting as soon as I'm able to grocery shop and buy my shakes. Which will be in a couple days. I've been ranging between134-138lbs with Water weight. I want to get down to 130 now so I won't die every time I get close to 140 because of water weight.

Finally a response! Lol thank you!! I'm in maintenance but I keep going up between 134.5lbs and 138. I don't know not it's Water weight or did I actually gain those pounds back?!

Lol I do the same thing!! I'm constantly stopping when I walk past a mirror or any reflects of mine, even my shadow! i always touch my neck and collarbone even my wrist! I can't believe that I'm smaller than I was in high school!!

I'm going thru this now! Its like I don't know when to stop! I can feel that I'm full and my mind is telling me eat eat eat! ! Smh I don't get sick and throw up but it's doesn't feel good either smh. I need to start over on a pre op diet soon becuz I'm afraid of stretching my stomach and also gaining weight. I haven't gained anything tho Thank God and im over a year out now si I can eat more and I work out 3 days a week and my job is very physical but this still scaring me
