Im 4 months out and Ive noticed that my skin is very loose And SAGGY in Some areas but its Not so bad to where I wanna get a surgery for it.I'm mainly focusing on my stomach which had gone down tremendously. But it's still not where I want it. .

you are going to continue to go through stalls so dont get discouraged and fall off track. this is More than likely the time you will lose inches So start Measuring yourself and layoff the scale during this time And IM sure you will see a BIG difference!!!!

Wow! I can't even begin to imagine the problems that this wud cause. That's scary and I hope they are not approving this. That wouldn't help you make a life change either. It's almost similar to the lap band because of the port they place under the skin

Thanks for the Advice I just mainly want my stomach gone and being that I have to wait over a year before my insurance will pay for my Tummy Tuck I want to lose as much as I can to get it way down. Right now at 156 I feel my stomach shud be smaller but I stepped it up at the gym so hopefully that works

So today my mother told me that she doesn't think I shud lose anymore weight and that I'm on the verge of looking sickly from my weight loss. .... I started out at 240lb my day of surgery which was 8/24/12 I was 217lbs and now I am 156lbs my goal is 150 but I was thinking maybe 140-145 and she says no. Along worth get and every one else I know. Lol I admit I don't feel how small I actually am but I think I wud look good at that weight and not sickly now I don't know what to do. Smh

Really! It took me a almost a year to get that far. LOL' date=' No complaints though! I'm happy with 100 pounds for the year. That's still pretty amazing. Usually weight only comes off that fast if you have 200-300 pounds to lose.[/quote']
That's including my preop loss so all together about 5 mths but I went to the gym and even exercised at home every single day. And I stopped eating carbs all together I've been slacking lately but I'm getting or back together.

The first month is hard for everyone and everyone stalls at different times! I think you just stalled earlier than some but there are plenty of people that are and have went thru this same thing. Just be patient and the weight will come off! Trust me once it does you will love the decision you have made and will enjoy shopping in the smaller sections! !istarted at 240 now after 4 months I am currently 156 only 6lbs away from my goal! I wud do this surgery 3 more times if I had to!

I'm not sure how my Saturday weigh in will be this week but I'm joining still. I'll be having surgery Friday so my weight will more than likely be higher. Right now I am still at 156. Hopefully I don't gain anything cuz I ate like crap today v

I am for months out now myself and I've found that I'm not hungry anymore. After my surgery I was so hungry so the time but now I have to remind myself to eat. It's crazy also cuts I can eat more but I find that eating crunchy foods is much easier for me.

I've been eating so many carbs lately and I feel like it's all going to my mid section Smh I'm still losing weight tho but I know I've been so bad. So tomorrow I'm going to start a carb detox. I think I'll do my preop diet and see how that goes for at least a week. They say once you wen yourself of of carbs for a week or will make you not want them anymore or at least as much. So I'll give it a try! Wish me luck guys!

I've been drinking pure Protein rtd shakes for months now and I love them. I have the powder also in chocolate and vanilla. But my favorite is the chocolate rtd one. Each one is 12oz with 23g of Protein. The powder is 25g of protein in one scoop. No fat no sugar no carbs in either one. And they taste like a real shake and not just protein. The prices are really good and you can find them at any target.
