My body is stalling right now at 154 but I have been going to the gym everyday and I'm losing alot of inches. I have been shopping alot lately and buying alot of 5 inch heels! Lol shoes I couldn't wear at my highest weight of 240. I turned 28 dec 23rd and I feel better than I did at 22! I'm loving the new me! !

  2. Hey there!! Congrats on heading into the longest' date=' forever phase of our journey!! I'm 2 yrs, 7 months out and have been sucessfully maintaining for 2 years. I feel like I eat just as a naturally thin person eats. I DO still do the on line food log, it's habit and I like to see what I'm doing. It is sooooo easy to let the calories go up or maybe be slacking with Protein. I do it almost daily, just like I weigh every single morning! I am able to maintain with between 1200 and 1300 calories. If I drop below that by much, I'll continue to lose, if I add some, I'll gain. I need to keep it pretty close.

I like to start my day off with protein if possible, an egg, maybe two, or one egg and a piece of whole wheat toast. I put butter on it, I use the whipped butter and do it lightly. Some times I'll eat a thin bagel with a wedge of cinnamon laughing cow cream cheese or an English Muffin with a slice of 2% American cheese melted on it. I still like the 'breakfast of champions' - 1% cottage cheese, about a third cup and four or five pineapple chunks. (in light syrup) For lunch, tuna, one can lasts me two days. A can of solid white tuna mixed with 2 TB lite mayo. Sometimes I add a couple of sweet or dill pickles. I eat half the can (ton of protein), half the can without pickles or anything other than mayo is 1/4 cup. I will eat that on Special K Crackers, I think 17 is a serving. I don't usually eat that many, 12 is plenty with 1/4 cup of tuna. I've also eaten it on the mini club crackers. Less than what a 'serving' is. For dinner, 3 - 3.5 oz of protein. Baked or grilled chicken, pork chop, beef. I'll steam a veggie, like Brussell Sprouts, and eat two. Maybe steam some new red potatoes and eat 1/8 cup. Some times I'll make spaghetti and I can eat somewhere between 1/2 cup and 2/3 cup. I always use low fat sour cream (or use plain Greek yogurt instead), 2% cheese, 1% cottage cheese.....the only fat free thing I use is skim milk. I like to keep a bag of shrimp around and steam a few oz for lunch....high in protein and is easy on our tummies. I hope this helps!!!!!

  3. I did not know what I could do with this 'tool' we now have. My physician's goal was 150' date=' I wanted a 5 lb 'pad'. There are many people who will think you are too skinny and/or should not lose any more weight. I lost too much and made myself get back to my goal. At one point I was 18 lbs below the doc's goal.....it was like I couldn't quit. I finally figured out, with the help of my dietitian, that all I needed to do was 'lighten up' a little, add a couple of Snacks, if a topping is available I.E. peppercorn gravy, with a dish ordered, get it on the side and dip. Life is good!!I gained back to a healthy weight and at 31 months out, I find it easy to eat like a naturally thin person and stay between 144 and 148. I'm comfy here. So, my advice is listen to your body and your physician. Get past the numbers, because it is real tempting to get lower and lower just because it's possible!!! When my size 4's were getting baggy, I knew I needed to seek the help of the dietitian.....face it, size 2's are hard to come by. It's obvious what my priorities are!! LoL Good luck.....enjoy the ride, it is sooooo much fun!![/quote']

Lol I agree I sort of feel like why not get as small as I can get! ? Lol but the real part of me wants to maintain at about 140-145 but everyone is saying no you look good at 150 lol

  4. This thread is honestly scaring me a little bit. Now I'm use to nor being able to eat alot of anything and now that I'm almost 6mths out and it feels as If my restriction has lifted just a tad bit. .I'm so nervous about gaining weight back. I don't want to gain not one pound of the weight I have lost so far! ! idk i just feel like I can eat more now. I tried to eat a yogurt for lunch today like I normally do and I want really satisfied. I think it was more mentally not satisfied tho. At least I hope it's was lol but I was able to finish the entire yogurt 6oz. Smh ugh I want my tiny sleeve back! !!

  5. Hey everyone! I'm slowly approaching maintenance and I need ideas as to what you all that at Maintenance are eating daily. Do you still count calories? Do you eat carbs now? What's an example of meals in a day for you?
