Well I'm gonna jump in. I'm sure I have big food issues but I started putting on big amount of weight when my diabetes got so bad, I was put on a 5 times concentrated insulin. Gained 80 lbs right off the bat. I had the surgery to go down on insulin, when I eat carbs, I want more carbs. Food addiction! Not sure but I'm Italian so I do love food. I was a chubby child, thinned out during high school, chubbed a little during child birthing years. Thinned out then the diabetes took over, still not sure I'm an addict.

Thanks for the info

The main one I noticed on You tube is to look up and kiss the ceiling. I tried it and can feel the stretch.

Wonder if there is an exercise we can do?

Just took a pic and I have awful droop under my chin, what can be done without surgery or costing money??

The Good: down 73 lbs, no surgery issues, no gas pains......then I went home
The bad: infection set in, luckily my drain was still in place. Leak test and barium for MRIs awful.
The ugly: the puss coming through the drain was soooo gross.
The Happy: that is all behind me and feeling good about my weight loss.
Will not start posting pics till my son has seen me. He hasn't seen me since I started this journey. So I've lost 73 lbs since he's seen me, wonder if he'll know it's me?

Started losing at 6 weeks, at 9 weeks now and still falling out. Thinner but not bald.

I just wish there was a website to explain the mechanics of it all.

I had the same pain, I kept a heating pad on my back. It went away by itself. At least that's what happened for me.

Well I was wondering why the Nut puts us on the same restrictions and Vitamins as the bypass ppl. When we don't have malabsorption or their issues.

Is there a website that tells where the food goes and the process on how we digest food after sleeve?

I just spent over a hundred bucks on Bariatric Advantage Calcium, and Celebrate Multivitamin. I can't stand either of them. I always take Multivitamins with milk but I can't handle celebrate cherry. Yak. Back to the drawing board, wish I would have read this thread first!

Thank you so much, just got a lil bit of yogurt down.

Have had the flu for 3 days now, lost so much Fluid and can't drink enough to keep up, and I'm still running to the bathroom. Tried Imodium and it works for awhile but then it starts up again. I'm so miserable!
Any advice? If not can you pray for me?
I hate going to the hospital to get hydrated.

Depending on what I eat sometimes I have to wait an hour for it to digest before drinking. Eating and drinking can cause you to be hungry too soon.

I love to add canned peaches to it.

Now for the doom and gloom, sorry. I did have complications and am now at 7 weeks. It was a rough recovery and I still have problems with food. Remember, you can only eat 1/4 cup of food while everyone else is in food heaven.
That being said, you make your own decision. I have a cruise coming up and am enjoying looking for smaller size cloths.
I have a lot of excess skin and won't be a model but I enjoy the new energy I have now.
Good luck, I know this will be a hard decision.

I have a feeling there are quite a lot. Lol
Constipation reason?

Could it be possible I eat too fast and not breaking down food enough. I cut out cheese and stuff that would cause Constipation but still have it really bad. All the stool softeners don't work, even tried a lot of mineral oil, no results.
Anyone experience this problem with results?
