Yes, I got worse instead of better and found I had an infection. Take your temp that's a good indication. Then get to ER, could be a leak too! Prayers with you.

I old eat iceberg lettuce at 3 months out, no problems. Romane lettuce is a little more challenging.

That's what the doc office asked, I can drink 5 to 6 cups a day but struggle with more.

Does anyone have this or know why I'm having these issues? It feels almost like low sugar but I've checked several times and its fine. Very annoying.

TGlad you asked.
Chia seeds are the super food of the ancient Mayans. While they helped them run 100s of miles, they can help us with Constipation issues from their ability to soak up a lot of Water and the omegas that are present. In order to prevent them from dehydrating you as they pass through your GI tract, it is best to soak them in Water 20-30 min before eating.
You can add them to any soft food like yogurt, but I like to add 2 tbsp to my Protein shake every morning. It really helps me stay regular on my high Protein diet. It might take a day or two to work the magic if you are just starting out with them.
Taking them with miralax increases the effectiveness as miralax and chia seeds function similarly. I prefer chia seeds because they are natural where miralax is a plastic composite.
As an aside, I think chia seeds are also helping me with a daily exercise by giving me the hydrating based energy that's needed to keep going day after day. No proof of this, but I have my suspicions.
Interesting, thank you!

What are chia seeds and how do you take them?

I think what your describing is what we call foaming. It's. normal and as your tummy heals it gets better. Usually if you eat too fast or portion too big. We all do it.

Yes, I do drink a lot. Pee all the time, so that part works just fine.

I may be different but throwing up for me is different. It's like a verp, with out all the acid. Sometimes I can spit it out. I was scared too, I hate to throw up.
Almost 6 months out, still having trouble eating

Sorry but I had my gallbladder out years ago. I'm also running a low grade fever parts of the day. Do have the painful burping, headaches, and tired. I have a surgeon appt in 2 weeks. Also a lot of trapped gas.
