I had surgery dec 9th 2013 and have lost 40lbs so far. Finally am eating normal foods and feeling much more like myself. Still pretty low on energy especially with a long work day but working on getting calories in. Hydrating as best I can, but that's a work in progress too. Where are you at in your journey?
Your doing great. I had my procedure jan 31,2013. I have lost 97 lbs and 17 more to go until goal. I have so much more energy. This was the best decision I ever made.

I was wondering how everyone is doing on their journey? I am finally past the rough parts and life almost feels normal except I need to watch out for snacking.

How did you decide your goal weight? did your doctor guide you?
I am 5' 3" and for me to be in a healthy bmi my highest weight is 140. I figured that would be a good choice. But I am not sure if it is realistic. The last time I was that weight I was a freshman in highschool. I am very small on top and always carry my weight in my bottom. Am I setting myself up for failure or will it be maybe not be as hard to get there. I am 6 months out. Have shrinkle legs and the flying squirrel arms. As I joke about it. Is it going to take plastic surgery and an estimated $16,000 to get me to an ideal weight?
Any feedback would be great.

Hi Lynn,
I went to NWWL and they are great. Dr. Michaelson is my doctor. When I had my procedures the nurses were wonderful. I go for my 6 month check p next week. I live in Sequim. Where are you from?

Sleeved on 1/31 down 66. A lot of people are noticing. I am able to buy size medium and large tops since I am really small on the top.
