  1. Try upping your water intake. Some people say that helps them get over the stall
  2. Call your doctor or a nurse line. I wouldn't play around with that at all.
  3. I would think that the incisions themselves would be sensitive at first. If you go right after surgery I would try to cover them in some way, bandaid or maybe a super thick layer of sunscreen, until they are fully healed
  4. The chicken noodles don't seem to be cooked for long. I'm leary about undercooked chicken, but I'd definitely try this
  5. Geez laura, you don't have to yell I hope your eyes get better ASAP! Happy easter
  6. I'll recap! **** happened, and now we're about to have a Vicodin /Percocet trampoline party. The end!
  7. That makes you post op! Haha go drink something!
  8. I thought I read that you've had your surgery already. But yeah, snickers protein shakes are the best
  9. I'm sorry!! You're post op right? Get some chocolate protein powder, add some pb2 and make it real cold. Close your eyes and imagine it's a snickers milkshake
  10. I don't think it matters what anyone else says, all of y'all are so sensitive to what is said on this post right now. You guys would probably have an argument over kittens. To the OP: if what you originally posted wasn't answered to your satisfaction, try the low BMI section. To everyone else: as someone with family all over the world, I understand that different countries have different opinions about everything. What we Americans think is rude here is just what they think is normal conversation. Just let it go! PS: I love kittens!
  11. Sugar free hard candies won't give you any more gas than a jolly rancher would. If you must, try to find those vitamin c drops, that way you get a few more vitamins in. Be very very careful not to swallow it
  12. This is rude and uncalled for, no matter how fat or skinny we all used to be.
  13. It wouldn't hurt to be prepared. Stay armed
  14. The more stressed out and panicked that you get, the more you are going to worry about symptoms. go to the ER, and they will do everything they can to make sure you don't have a clot. If it's nothing to worry about they will send you home.
  15. You should go get checked out, at least for peace of mind. Blood clots are no joke
