  1. My skin has improved, I bought some Retinol Cream and dried those pimples up in just a few days, otherwise they were there for two weeks.
  2. Oh boy, You have hit the nail on the head. Tonite I am going to a party and everyone knows me from presurgery. I too have been very open about having the surgery. Now I have 50 lb's off me in just a few months. I DON'T WANT THEM DOING THAT MENTAL MATH EITHER!! I think I will say "I use my clothes instead of the scale to gauge my weight loss". I have a total of 125 lbs to get to goal. Yep, that's too personal to share w/ acquaintances. Thanks for bringing this up.
  3. Never heard of it, any other name for this thing besides a numbing ball? I would love to b able to research this....good luck, u r going to love the results
  4. I pretty much love the taste of all the wellese products. I don't like taking Vitamins at all so this is progress for me, I am doing them almost every day
  5. I am taking Wellesse Liquid Vitamins, I have a multi, iron, calcium, B-12 sub lingual and I got a bottle of liquid PROTIEN, 10 gms of PROTIEN in a spoonful, yumyum

  8. Did anyone send it to u! Would u post it if u get it? Thanks
  9. Not me, I am following dietary food plan so I can't change that. I exercise almost daily and am doing my best in that area, I am finding success this way so I will bow out. I also weigh myself only about once every 3 weeks, the numbers on the scale hold too much power for me. My m.o. Is....if the scale does not move I get so upset I eat. I know I can't eat now cause I would baurgh but the mind game that scale sends me to is crazy. I use tight clothes to keep myself in check, over the 3 weeks they get looser & looser. Good luck, you all will do great......
  10. I am 8 weeks out and I eat 4oz and that is it, I started at 1 oz too, by 1 month I was doing 4 oz and I don't intend to increase it until???
  11. I was happy with my bullet. Now I am 8 weeks post op so I use my bullet just for my shakes. I have no knowledge of this blender.
  12. We can do it, look how far we have come in 2 months. I just found a pair of shorts in my drawer, size 20, I was a 24, I can't f***in believe it, they fit, they zip, they r tight but I never got these shorts past my thighs before!!!!
  13. Right on, I was told it was about hunger too. This is very hard for me, I allow myself one sip and then wait the 30 min, I guess I just like to sort of clean out my mouth after eating.
  14. Hi, I had my surgery on 8/27 tooooo!! I don't weigh very often, numbers on the scale can really piss me off, one day I've lost nothing, the next day 6 lb's gone. So I pretty much use my clothes to know I am shrinking. I know I have lost at least 38 lbs. of course I want more but now that you point out it has only been two months, sounds awesome. I am 70 lb's from goal, how about you? What kinds of exercise do you do? I am a walker and Water aerobics, planning on getting to a gym real soon.
  15. Thank you so much for reminding me, I have not discovered the enjoyment, the comfort so many of you get from tea, I want that!! Also, for me, sometimes I just need a meal or I just need a portion of food and then my cravings go away. I have spent so much of my life starving/ over eating/ hungry/binging that I am still learning what to do with some real hunger.
  16. That hurts a lot, I am glad you have somewhere to vent. The other good thing is you know what's bothering you, you expressed it, and you are not sitting there eating your feelings away. Your family and friends are very fortunate to have you in their lives. Keep paying attention to YOU, the hard part has arrived, the lifestyle of maintaining your goal weight, RIGHT ON!
