Yes that is a lot of Water.....I am going to keep this in mind. Copied off a Water site.
Have you ever flushed a toilet without water? Unless it has been in an outhouse, you probably haven't. We have internal filtering and elimination systems that keep toxic substances from building up in our body. Water benefits every system of the body and for the sake of visualization, it flushes our human toilet (the bladder and colon), not to mention it hydrates our body and keeps our skin, hair and nails healthy.

I am starting my 7th month & I started noticing my ears showing thru my hair and overall bad thinning 1 month ago. After flipping out in my mind, being sad, worrying & pretty much anything else negative I have overall accept it.
I did buy Boitine pills & take 5mg per day, wash my hair less, dry it more gently & bought Pantene hair thickening Shampoo. I was using Paul Mitchell shampoo & cond. which I think is a better product but I felt desperate. I see no difference.
The final thing I have done is to pull my hair back & clip it up. Next I might go to the mall and buy some fake hair that you clip on to look like you have fuller hair.
I hope you feel better since you know someone else is flipping out, I know it is a temporary thing, I probably would have done the surgery even if I knew temporary baldness was coming. Also most people say they don't notice, they are usually looking at my shrinking hips!!!! YEAH

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.......I have been playing around with chocolate and low fat icecream in the month of February & I need support to get back on track. I have been sitting at 200lb.'s for at least 2 weeks, it is almost like I was scared to get into onederland, I am not sure why, I am so over that now and I am ready to travel to 190, 180, 170, 160!!!!! Yes I am ready
No fruit though? Ok, I will do what it takes, thanks again for throwing this opportunity out there.
Does anyone want to post what they plan to eat tomorrow?

Awesome job & thanks for the honesty......I had a NSV recently. I sat in my neighbors hottub & I totally questioned if they got a new one, it looked like the old one but I was deeper in the Water, the custom seats were bigger than me instead of completely not fitting my bumm! I was blown away, of course it was the same hottub

Juny, when my doc & I were talking and I was leaning towards "go home and try again for another year to lose 100+ pounds, he said to me " the reason that won't work is because diets are so restrictive, we become too hungry and we give up". Yep, that is true. I was so frustrated that since after the surgery I was going to have to eat small amounts and excersise, why can't I do that without surgery. Well almost 6 months postop, down 75 lbs I understand why. I was always hungry hungry hungry. Now I am satisfied with small amounts, after dropping 30 lb.'s it was easier to move. I have not been this small for 23 years. I was scared and vacillating pre surg., people tell me they are so proud of me that I had the courage to do this. I am becoming prouder of me too.

Wow, how exciting, you just had your surgery in Nov. of 2012???? Keep up the GREAT work!

All these NSV's are FABULOUS. One of my favorite NSV is being able to reach the car glove box with my seat belt on AND being able to reach the trucks emergency break realse with my seat belt on. God I love this feeling and the booth thing at a restraunt is totally awesome.

Good one, thanks for posting

OMG, I forgot all about this cause I stopped wearing tights and hose cause it was TOO AWFUL getting them on. Thanks for this NSV.

Yea, I had at least 3-4 "wardrobes" in my closet. Over 5 months I have outgrown all of them.

Oh of course it would not be 48 oz, that was a presurgery batch, heck if I made that much and I was the only one eating it, it would surely rot!!!!!
-
All you newbies are rockin, I am glad you are doing so well. I also use clothes as a better tracker than the scale. I was excited w/ my weight loss after one month and felt so much happier, prettier. At 3 months I was over the top and coming up on 6 months I am just stunned to be shrinking so nicely!!! Enjoy

If I don't chew enough and eat real slow it hurts to eat, I am almost 6 months out.

Life just gets better and better, I am happy for the two of you.

59% it sure felt like I was addicted when I drank a pot a day....since being sleeved I went from a Venti To a small at Starbucks and I can't even finish that. All is good.

I dreamt about food for as long as I can remember in my life. I thought about what I would have for dinner at Breakfast. Since I have had the sleeve I have been released of these dreams & I am less obsessed with food, thankfully!!!
Before my surgery I was very worried about the surgery because I did not want to make a mistake. For years I had not been ready to give up my food, I needed my food. Now I felt ready but it was still a worry. Anyhow I went forward, I found support, I love the results and I am working the tool. I am still the same person so I am a bit obsessive, but it is now exercise, yahoo.
Good luck with your journey.

I am down 70 lb's....I am having a harder time seeing it too BUT I FEEL FABULOUS. Sitting in any chair I want, pulling pants on that I am positive are not going over my butt, but they DO!
Thanks for posting your weight loss on a topic, all the kudos on the replys are fun, my friends have been treating me like a new puppy, all the attention.....I have not been this weight in 23 years, I even forgot my original body shape.
Keep up the good work, We are in this together.

Yep put the scale away, I weight every 3 weeks and every month I lose 10 lbs. in December I decided to freak out and worry, I weighed myself everyday for 2 weeks, not a bit of weight loss, not a bit!!! I put the scale in the closet, continued to eat correctly and exercise and on January 1st another 10 lb's gone.
During the month while I am not weighing myself my clothes continue to get bigger and we eat so little it just happens.
The same will happen for you & yes, I felt like you my first few weeks. This is going to be so fun for you as you start to shrink.
Boot Camp anyone?
