Four days later I flew from tijuana to Florida, about 10 hrs. It sucked but doable. -

So I was told to start drinking protein shakes, this one was delicious with 30g of protein. Anyhow the question is I could drink almost all of it, I left maybe an ounce because I thought I shouldn't drink it all. Doesnt it seem like a lot? -

If your newly sleeved a 3 week stall is normal from what Ive read. If not analyze what your eating, reducing carbs , increasing water and protein! its annoying Im sure but It will come off. Your body is like "wtf" is going on and has to catch up! -
