    Weird question ?

Maybe you could start with one top, wear it at home for a bit before you wear it out anywhere. Yes, I think we get used to what we wear and then feel like fish out of water with garments that are perhaps a bit nicer.

    Desperate for answers

I won't respond to any more of your posts. I hope you find your financing solution, have the surgery and everything works out well for you.

    Desperate for answers

Whoa. Hold up. Happyfam wasn't preaching to you, just saying not to give up as a solution could be in the near future. And her piece of advice about being careful with regard to financing costs was a valid one. Your response was overboard. I hope you can mull this over and realise that.

    I figured it out.

And I was complete opposite. I couldn't stand room temp water. I needed it icy cold or else warm for broth. Just a matter of working out what works best for you.

    No milk?

    Yep. This is correct.
  6. My surgeon said NSAIDS are ok for very SHORT TERM use, that they irritate the stomach. I guess I would take one if paracetamol just didn't cut it.

    iron deficient anemic

Sorry- I didn't answer your question... Some herbs are contra-indicated with some medications. You may need to check with a dr

    iron deficient anemic

I have been at frequent intervals. I'm taking an iron melt (most) nights, but I'll wait for my 3 month bloods before I worry too much

    Did I mess up?

I was on purée day 4, so I doubt you've done any damage with a bit of guacamole. Just try to get back on your surgeons instructions
  10. It's very unfortunate that it's come apart. Wash them daily with a saline and visit your pharmacy to see if they have some type of wound healing cream. But don't let it dry out - it will make it itchy, hard and not heal as well. But if the pus gets worse (I assume you mentioned that to the surgeon), see a GP in case it gets infected.

    Any November 14Th Sleevers?

Feeling good. Have been cleared to do any exercise I like (bar weightlifting lol). I'm finding my tastebuds have changed again. Stuff that I was happy to eat at week 1/2 now doesn't taste so good. I am down 33 lbs since the 14th.

    Able to eat an egg?

I love my camelbak drink bottle. I find it easier to drink from than a normal bottle or glass

    VSG inciccions

I had internal stitches. They had steristrips and another cover. I left the top cover on for 5/6 days, and then just let the steristrips fall off. They are a thin red line which will fade out

    Able to eat an egg?

I am 4 weeks out and I can eat 1/2 an egg (however it's cooked). Talked to my surgeon today and he said I'm pretty average, so it doesn't sound like a whole egg in one sitting is abnormal. I make sure I drink at least 2L (64oz) of water daily. I was able to do that about week 3.

    Big girl pants!

I told mine. They weren't keen to say the least. But I said "This is the decision I've made, and you know better than to argue." They didn't they did have questions which I answered honestly.

    Magical creme or lotion?

Mine are already set in stone. I'll be saving for some cosmetic work. But I do moisturise twice a day - it can't hurt!

    Big girl pants!

She's probably scared of the unknown. But... You are your own person. Make the date.

    Disloyal

I prefer to look at it as nurturing my relationship with self. I'm going to love and care for me.

    Wanting to leave my SO?

I guess just make sure you discuss this timeframe with them so everyone has the same expectations. Good luck and if you make the move, just enjoy concentrating on yourself for a bit.
