I need 2 surgeons working together and one did not inform the other that she was closing down her practice so she did not get back to any of us with this vital information. It wasn't until I called asking what the hold up was. grrrr So now the cycle starts again with referrals. i am now looking at the fall where I was supposed to be done this summer.

Today is my 1 year surgaversary!!! I am so happy with how much I have dropped in 1 year and how I feel about myself and my health now!!! I won't ever let myself go back again!!!

I was in a panic this week because I tried on a blouse that I had been wearing and it was too small. FREAKED ME OUT! So I got on the scale with a lot of trepidation to find out that I am still at the same weight I've been at over the past 6 months - WHEW!!! Turns out, my husband did the was and shrunk my blouse
but glad 
all at the same time! -

the snow banks are over 15 feet high. The snow on my back deck is higher then me and when I walk down the walkway to the driveway it is like a tunnel.....Did I mention I hate winter!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok So I took my first class of Zumba last night and it was amazing, Fun, and I felt so great after the class, I was so nervous at first but now I will definitely go back!!!

So yesterday was my 11 month post op and I am so excited at how close I am to my goal in less than a year!!!
