hey guys i was sleveed on 9/7 i was released today, i must say only compliant i have is that i couldnt keep any thing down, as of today i've been better, before leaving my dr. came to tell me that my stomach was in my chest and i had a herna, which he was able to remove it, and complete my sleeve. -

Tomorrow starts my new life change for the best, yes I will be sleeved 9/7/12, I know my god will bring me through and over my recovery. I really would like to thank you guys her on this site, you all have answer a lot of my questions, and have given me more then enough window and knowledge about being sleeved, the do's and the do nots! I will update you us when I can, keep those prayer up for me.

Today was my first day of my protein shakes, it was hard, but I did it, I started with muscle milk, 20g of protein and 3g of sugar, what do you guys think, should I stay with it or change? I also had a jello sugar free of course. -

Don't worry, I have had my mom asked me why i am Doing such a thing, and my response was cause you big which as caused me to be big, I said that to say some people never wants to see others happy, as long as you have someone, whether it's your boyfriend or everyone on this site, you have support, keep your head up and lets start looking forward to a better life, and a better you!

I know the feeling, am only on day 3 of 14, cheated a little, I just have to put my mind over metter, we will do good, I get sleeved on 9/7, we can support one another. -
