  1. Date sleeved: August 7 Start weight: 347 Weight today: 268 as of last week, only weigh in on Mondays! What you eating and how much daily: around 500-700 calories, chicken, eggs, cheese, soft fruit with cottage cheese Daily work out: not regular at all, need to get motivated! How hungry are you?: not too hungry, mostly still head hunger...it's dinner time, I should be hungry... How you feel physically: great, still battling constipation How you feel emotionally: so good, but wish I could see the loss, that darn fat girl in my head prevents me from doing so, I'm trying to evict her. Are you glad you chose the sleeve?: Yes! Anything extra to say?: I too have also notice hair loss in the last month, I hadn't lost any before that. My stylist says it will be fine and it is just my body readjusting. I hope, hey if I lose it all that is just one thing less to do a day, and it adds to my weight loss! Lol love my sleeve!

Graham crackers work well, I try to eat 2 a day. If that doesn't work milk of mag, but be prepared to stay close to home.

    August 6Th Sleevers?

Yeah that's a concern for me too, I have a large sag, comes from years of getting overweight. I just have the hardest time finding the energy to get to the gym. You would think chasing around a three year old would count for something! I have been doing free weights and cardio at home, but I have a nice size hernia so sit ups are out until that is repaired. My surgeon wants to wait for some weight loss. Even with saggy skin, I wouldn't change my mind about the surgery. Skin tucks much better than fat!

    August 6Th Sleevers?

I was sleeved August 7, I'm have lost 69 lbs, I started at 347 now at 277. I'm feeling really good except I still get tired quickly. It is surreal to think the weight is coming off when I always feel full. I never felt full before surgery, I could eat a whole pizza myself, and whenever I dieted I was always so hungry and miserable. I love my sleeve!

    Not Fair

I also gained weight during surgery, but remember you have an iv filling you up plus all the gas they put in during surgery. Try not to obsess over the scale right now...yeah its hard I know. I only weigh once a week then put my scale away. Hang in there it gets much better! Sleeved Aug 7 and down 66 lbs...next weigh in Monday morning.....

    August Sleevers..what Is The Progress

I was sleeved Aug. 7 For breakfast I eat a poached egg, then couple hours later I have a pure protein shake, then for lunch 2 oz chicken, between lunch and dinner, I try to get down liquid, dinner around 2 oz of lean protein, maybe some hamburger/taco meat with some salsa. At dinner I usually have 2 Graham crackers (to help keep me regular) half cup of milk (skim) or a ounce of cheese I'm down about 66 pounds, I feel tired alot of the time. I still will take a nap with my three year old. And I'm in bed by eight thirty. Wish I could get my energy up
  15. Pure protein is the best, I love the frosty chocolate and the cookies and cream. They have to be cold though...

    Spasms

I had them really bad, I was told it was an electrolyte imbalance. You can drink gatorade, or powerade, but tomatoe juice is the best for it. After just a couple of days drinking maybe a cup a day really made a difference! Good luck!
  17. August 7 DOS 347lbs Today 284.4 One egg breakfast, protein shake between breakfast and lunch, little chicken or lean ham for lunch or dinner, sometimes I make a mini taco salad around 1/2 c, with lean meat, beans, a crushed chip, lettuce...etc. My friends tease me about my 3 nacho dinner...LOL. I've noticed that I enjoy more spice/seasoning than I ever have before. I average around 550 calories a day, someone more or less. I have a hard time doing cardio because I run out of energy so fast, so maybe 20 minutes 3-4x aweek, I try to do free weights and squats while I sit on my exercise ball if I watch TV. I'm fighting head hunger all the time, I chew alot of gum, and I'm so happy I had the sleeve. Also I'm on my fitness pal...meliss000... Would love more friends and bigger support team!
