5 Things You're Looking Forward To!
1. Not sweating after just getting out of the shower with just drying myself off. 2. not getting out of breath tying my own shoes. 3. Not being able to breath when I lay down cuz the fat on my neck chokes me. 4. Not having my kids friends look at me funny cuz I'm fat. 5. Having sex without being self conscience about my body. The list could go on forever!

October Sleevers! Announce Yourselves
- I'm New And Just Getting Started
Good for you! I can't wait to hear your journey!- I'm New And Just Getting Started
Welcome!!!! I'm waiting to see if I'm cleared by my insurance company. I've been thru my 6 NUT visits, seen the surgeon and saw the psych doctor. Its a waiting game now.- Necessities?
Thank you so much everyone! We live 30 mins away from the hospital so remembering everything is a must! Gas is too darn expensive to make unnecessary trips!!!- Necessities?
For those of you that have been sleeved, what are some of the necessities to have at the hospital right after surgery?- Waiting On My Ins Approval
I just saw the psych doctor and go back to see her on Oct. 3rd. If everything goes as planned, It will be submitted to insurance after that. The doctor told me it could take a couple of weeks to accept or deny. If they accept, surgery will be scheduled about two months after. I'm hoping to be sleeved before Christmas!!!! Good luck guys!- Back To Work
I work with physically and mentally disabled people. Not to much lifting but some clients need help. We usually have 2 staff on during the day so we can tag team. Thank you so much for all your answers! I'm getting excited!!!- Back To Work
How long were you sleevers off work? I'm waiting on insurance to see if I'm accepted. I should know within a month. - I'm New And Just Getting Started
