  2. Happy belated diva. Sometimes when you make a change god doesn't allow everyone to come with is. I know that's you family but remember you did this for you and who understands that will be there. If you lose people along the way then god making room for people that are to be in your life. I understand completely . But stop be thankful pray and move on with what you have been bless with . Which is new beginnings diva . I hope this helps a little .     Well my surgery was wed. It went great to be honest the gas pains are painful. Each day gets better I'm very happy that I did this after surgery I was feeling like what have I done. But I'm super excited and glad I did so I just wanted to share.

  5. My surgery is on January 16th. I have already lost 14 pounds on my preop diet and although I KNOW I have a sorta hard road ahead I know it will be well worth it...<img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

  6. it was almost 2 full weeks before i had my first bm after surgery. my advice. start taking some kind of fiber supplement and a stool softener. my first one' date=' was awful. like, hey honey, i'm on the pot and you may need to get the fire department to bring the jaws of life in here to get me out kind of awful. since then, i take fiber every day, and a softener as needed. it does get better, but, the fiber is a must for me.
