  1. Hey all! Looking for some advice on a good workout shoe. Since i started exercising regularly I have noticed I seriously walk on the outside of my feet causing the fabric on the shoes to pull down on the sides. Any thoughts?

    Very proud of myself and how well everything has gone. I feel so good. My kids and husband support me and encourage all of my efforts. Some days are harder than others but all the exercise and hard work is really starting to show. Would like to see 60 more lbs gone and I will be very very satisfied!! I'm a bridesmaid in October. Have to be looking fresh. Lol wedding pics are forever!


  3. My sister in law is the same way. As soon as she knew I was having this done she immediately started dieting and exercising a whole bunch. She is also overweight but I have always been bigger. Now that I am alot smaller she makes comments about she's losing weight naturally and how I'm looking so "skinny". Come on!! I still weigh over 200lbs! So you know what I do? I say thanks! I'm feeling pretty skinny lately and move on to the next subject. Brush your shoulder off and keep moving forward! We are healthier of mind body and soul. And our opinion of ourself is the only one that should matter


  4. I feel like its by far the most challenging workout I have ever done. It's 20 min of circuit. I want to keep it up!! I have not worked my body out like this since high school!! Aka 14 years ago lol geez...I am really curious about the kind of results I will get. If you truly can "lose" 20lbs in 30 days what kind of affects will we have?


  5. Has anyone tried this out. I have faithfully been doing the elliptical 4-5 times a week and Zumba or just dance 3 1-2 times a week. One of the nurses at work told me try this out. I am on day two and holy crap!!!! I thought I had built up some endurance and strength but after doing this I quickly realized I didn't!!


  6. Hw 278, dos 271, cw 215. I so far have had no issues. Down 56 lbs. stalled occasionally but generally come out of it in a week or two. Exercising since 4 weeks post op. elliptical, just dance 3&4, and Zumba 5-6 days a week for an hour. Only regret is that I wish i would have done this years ago. I know 56lbs is a huge amount of weight but I'm still waiting for my head to see it. Sometimes I look in the mirror and still see the 271lb me and think geez. Other days its like wow...what a difference. I'm ready for the next 15lbs to get off my body. Reaching a weight that beings with 1 is something I have not had since high school. This will be a huge sense of accomplishment.


  7. Just a quick check-in!! Everything is going so good!! I feel amazing and I am beginning to really see the difference in my face and body. For the first time in forever I'm looking forward to summer. Shorts and tanks from somewhere other than lane bryant. And a fancy new bathing suit!! All my nursing scrubs are huge! Love it! I'm creeping closer to onederland and when that day comes I'm treating myself to something fabulous.

  8. I confess I hit my first big stall and totally feel depressed by it.

    I confess I look at my face alot in the mirror and try to see the difference.

    I confess I want to look better than my sister-in-law who is super competitive with me

    I confess I have totally huffed a bag of fresh McDonalds fries but did not eat any

    I confess my head hunger is worse than I thought it was going to be
