I am 4 weeks out and already stuck. Eating very small portions 3 times a day. Still in the mush sewage but only lost 1 lb this whole week. Discouraged! HELP!

I am incorporating Snacks. I am eating sugar free pudding, Jello, mini baby bell cheese and my Protein Shakes or Protein juices.
