  1. Don't get me wrong I don't have a drinking problem it's just that I've been to a few bbqs, weddings, work functions etc. as of this week I've already started making the right changes. Does anyone know what the daily limit of carbs is?
  2. I dropped like crazy for the first few months then I started at the gym and stalled for 4 weeks, I dropped 30kg in no time at all but now I'm losing roughly 1/2 to 1kg a fortnight which is nice considering I've only got about 5kg to go until I reach my perfect BMI.
  3. It's normal for me & from what I've read it's common. Damn well annoying though, I spent 10k getting this done with the expectation of never feeling hungry again......how wrong I was!!!!!
  4. I had the procedure done 10th May 2012 & have lost 35kg, for the 1st few months I had endless amounts of energy however over the past month I've got literally no energy & feel as lazy as I was presleeve. Could it be my diet? I've been eating what I want (mostly carbs) & have had probably more nights on the booze than I should however I'm still losing weight, just have no energy that's the worst thing I loathe.....
  5. I was sleeved on 10th May 2012 & I get unbelievably hungry, the upside though is I still get full really easily.
  6. Even for a bloke it's a nice novelty seeing what I'm shaving without a mirror.
  7. Ha ha ha, it reads badly! Oh well you get that I guess....
  8. Wish I could delete this thread as it doesn't read the way I wanted it to, looks as though I'm desperate and date less ha ha ha!!!
  9. I use the Musashi product that's in my profile picture. It has the most good vitamins & minerals & the least dairy. I was slightly lactose intolerant prior to surgery now 4 months on I'm MASSIVELY lactose intolerant!! It also tastes really nice to!
  10. Im looking for fun times!! So over the same old same old.....
  11. The last night before my sleeve procedure I had pizza and beers, had a great night. I also had no complications what so ever!
  12. Jules 5 little stab wounds is better than getting opened right up.
  13. Yeh I'm hungry all of the time to, I eat often but the portion sizes are minuscule....
  14. Thanks for the advice mate, yeh the surgeon said you'd have to go pretty hard to stretch anything, still it's a bit hard to not be a little concerned......I NEVER want to be overweight ever again!!
  15. Im so surprised how hungry I still am 4 months after the operation, I ate at least 8 times today & a fairly decent amount to. I pray to god I haven't stretched something......
  16. Need something new in my life to keep me occupied I'm already in the gym 5 days a week and have 2 awesome kids to chase around just need something else not sure what though a hobby of some sort....
  17. Nice, at least you've kept your boob size....
  18. I was sleeved 10th May 2012 have lost 31kg, whoops I mean 30kg NOW!!!
  19. So I've spent 10k on this procedure, gone through some discomfort & told far to many lies to people about how I'm losing weight then I get on the scales this morning & I've gained 1kg......WTF????
  20. God 1/2 your luck, I'm lucky if I get it once every 6 months so no change for me. Yeh I'm finding women are providing me with much more attention & I'm loving it to be honest. Our relationship has been a mess for years so I think it's gotten worse because I'm now so active, focused & goal orientated.
  21. Has anyone noticed a change in there relationship with there partner since being sleeved?
  22. Ah bugger, oh well next time I guess hey?
