  1. Congrats everyone! You look awesome Kalimomof3! I've lost 105 today, had my surgery Nov. 6. Here's a photo before and after for me.
  2. I love MFP....I've been tracking since my surgery. Feel free to add me. Tparkerc59
  3. Proud granny...you rock! Your posts always make me smile. Thanks for being here and congrats.
  4. Georgia...all I can say is "awesome"!
  5. Fiddleman is just bragging! Lol....I buy Miralax in BULK and I'm lucky if I produce a BM once a week!
  6. Lol...some girls clip it to their undies...please tell me you wear undies butter!!! LOL
  7. Cowgirl Jane, I feel the same way! Wake up every morning and just can't believe how happy and blessed I am. Thank you Mr. Sleeve!
  8. Can you tell, we love the fitbit! Lol
  9. I'm a walker as well with my fitbit. I try for 15,000 steps a day and to me, that's exercise!
  10. That's awesome and very inspiring for me just beginning my maintenance phase.
  11. Thanks for the advice Georgia and Feedyoureye, I appreciate it! I'm upping my water from 8 glasses to 12 and making sure I get all my protein in. Not really doing any sugar/carbs yet...just a half an apple once a day with 5 cherries. I hope I don't have to cut that out cause I'm really enjoying that snack!
  12. My appetite is suddenly coming back with a VENGANCE! Not being Hungry all the time was so awesome, now I'm getting scared.
  13. I weigh 149...have lost 102 lbs. and my BMI says I'm fat as well. And I am still wearing a size 12! What the heck. Maybe I'm just under tall (I'm 5'2"). We need to all give ourselves a break as this journey/life can be SO frustrating!
  14. Can I just say "wow,". You look amazing,
  15. We'll just have to suck it up when the time comes and go for it!
  16. My go to snack is a decafe skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks. 120 calories and 12 grams of protein. I know it has a lot of carbs and sugar from the skim milk but it does keep me satisfied for a good while and I get some protein and calcium out of it.
  17. Thanks for the definition!
  18. Why does this have to be so hard for us? I guess some of us just have to log every bite, watch what we do and be very vigilant. It's hard to see other family members and friends eat what they want and stay trim. The sleeve has made an enormous difference in my life and I'm grateful, but it truly is only a tool not a magic bullet. I get so tired of people saying I took the easy way out. Walking 6 miles everyday and logging every morsel of food I eat to keep my Protein high, carbs/sugar low and calories at about 1000 is not particularly "easy". I was secretly hoping it was a magic bullet! LOL. I am obsessed with what and how much I eat just and how steps I've walked about every waking minute. Okay...rant over, back to counting and logging.
  19. I need belly sx as well...but I dread recovery from this surgery. I hear its much worse than our original sleeve surgery.
