I went today and bought a pair of 16 jeans to have as goal pants. I put them on and I FIT THEM.

Thanks for the input. I have read so many different things on how and when, I though I'd go to my Banded Buddies for the real results.

When does everyone work out? If you work out early morning do you find yourself losing more and have more energy?

I know how you feel, it happen to my brother. His stepdaughter said he touched her. Well after weeks of the world crashing around him it came out that she was full of SH*T. She wanted her dad and mother to get back together. Til this day I don't know how my brother can live in the same house with her. That's one thing I could NEVER forgive! Just remember the truth will come out!

I got a fill yesterday and my doctor had to dig for it then said it had dropped the nurse asked did it flip and the doctor said no it just dropped. Has that happened to anyone? :faint:

I got a call within a day from my paper work being turned in. I had my paper work faxed to me and a got my date a week later. Good luck!!!

I'm right with all of you. I've gone to the gym almost everyday for 2 weeks. I eat what I should and I ride my bike between 6 to 15 miles 3 times a week and the scale doesn't move. I've been stuck for weeks at 252 to 255. THIS SUCKS!!

Thanks for the help.... I've started riding bikes with my kids and I really enjoy it. The kids pointed out Saturday that we went for our ride and I didn't have to stop to rest. That was the best feeling!!

Good Luck! I used Dr. Speigel for my lap band. I haven't had any problems with his office. I must say I LOVED the nurses @ Univeristy General Hospital. I was there just one night and they made all the difference. No matter where you get your band it will change your life for the better. I would do it again in a heart beat!

Well after I was trying on clothes at my sister's house I'll go for inches anyday.... I was in a 22 and I got into a 18..... WAY TO GO ME!!.... Thanks everyone, your all great

I've been stuck on the scale, but I am still losing inches. Has anybody else been stuck like this and what can help to get the scale moving again? :faint:

I forgot to say I was at my husband father's house the whole time I was there.

My husband has lost his mind after I got my band. I had my band done on June 29, 2007. He sets in front of me eating whatever, no mind how I would feel about it. I've controled myself very well. I've lost 33 lbs. He makes remarks all the time that really get to me but I won't show it, until this weekend. I had to go to my home town just me and 2 of my kids. When I got home he picked a fight and told me I should just take my a** back there and Accused me of sleep with my kids father while I was there. I have NEVER given my husband a reason to think something like that. It hurt my feelings so bad I have spoke to him since he said it. So yes I think the change can cause crazy things to happen!!

I was so glad I didn't go home til the next day. It gave me time to ask question as to why I felt like I did. It was nice someone taking care of me for a change. The nurses were GREAT!!!
