It will be back Down to tomorrow promise Also yes, we are in the loosing phase bit eventually we will be normal and able to eat normal foods again but hopefully still in small portions and we have to learn control. Yesterday was a " learning" curve day for you dear:) that's all it was so not even a terrible eating day - learning day do better today mama xo

Ok 3 months out Christmas Day, 53 lbs total and I'm thrilled.... My periods are weird.... This month was a week later and all brown ( sorry) like at the typical end of period???!? I'm certain it's something to do w rapid weight loss, what do y'all think!? Thanks brandy

Weird:/ welp down to 181 today so that's 66 down and what 45 to go, it's slowing down but I'm So happy!

I'm the same way. Someone on her mentioned it was the gherlin (not sure of spelling is correct ) missing from our tummies. Could also be rapid weight loss, I'd like to know why. I'm constantly freezing!
