Day 6 of liquid diet and so far the school has denied transportation for my autistic 9 year old since we live within a mile of the school, my husband was diagnosed with arthymia and is getting all kinds of tests, and last night my husbands cousin was killed in a car accident. My regular self would grab cookies and eat and eat and eat. The muscle milk and cream soups on my liquid diet is not cutting it. Trying to stay strong.

I had choc frozen yogurt it felt like a cheat without cheating. I think that's my new plan have a few "safe" cheat foods in the house a small scoop of yogurt less than 100 calories satisfied the part of my brain that said eat. Instead of running to the bakery and inhaling 6 chocolate chip cookies. I am not required to do therapy after surgery but, plan on it to work on my eat your feelings issues.

I have the open plan and they only required 3 months of diet the protocol changed in July do you may want to call and recheck? Maybe you can push it up a few months.

9/4 and I hate the liquid diet tomorrow starts protein shakes and clear liquids so I will be a whine bag till Tuesday. Ready to have this surgery and not feel starving all the time. One thing for sure if I can make it through this without the surgery these last 7 days I can do it with the surgery. Starting to feel optimism the first time in a long time.

Worried I will be the one who doesn't lose or that people will judge me for not losing fast enough. Kind of regretting telling people I am having the surgery.

Mine was 7 days from submission I was really worried but, we had the check list completed so it went smoothly good luck!!!

Thanks I appreciate the support I just am scared because, a lot of people are saying well you will just gain it back eventually you always do. I am waiting for the I told you so's when I am not a size 4 in a year... I don't have a weight goal right now I want to be in a 10 by this time next year I am a 22 now that gives me one size a month and I am 5 ft so a little weight on my height goes a long way. I think that's realistic and gives me a goal. If I scale watch I will just get obsessive. I have a lot of people who are against the surgery because, I have small kids and need to focus on them... But if their mom can't keep up with them because, she can hardly walk how is this good for them? and if I don't lose or lise fast enough they are going to be see you did that for nothing?

I didn't cheat today really proud of myself 10 day countdown!!!

I am looking forward to surgery but dreading this part here's to protein shakes and tomato soup... I didn't get this way bevause, I have great control with food so I am scared I will fail and my surgery will be canceled... The little fat girl that could... I think I can I think I can I think I can
