Yes, I did have to have a slight unfill once. I think I had 4.5cc and EVERY time I took a bite or even a drink, my back and front would hurt sooo bad. Taking a little bit out helped. Right now I have pretty good restriction but not much will power. I make bad choices all the time (like home made ice cream) but I keep my total calories for the day under 1600. I should maintain my weight if I keep that up. I'm scared too. I've reached my goal, but there's always that worry in the back of my mind that I'll lose control again. You know that feeling?
